my client urgently needs a Videographer for
1. DATE/TIME
19 Sept 2014
tentatively the timing is
10PM in the evening to 11 PM
2. ACTUAL SHOOTING DURATION
actual shooting time only half an hour or so.
3. EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS
A separate shotgun Mike for capture then mixing in post production is also required.
a wireless lapel mike for my subject to wear will also be beneficial
4. DELIVERABLES
a. Around 30 mins to Max (worst case scenario ) 1 hour of footage capture
b. edited footage with suitable music (generic or licensed up to you )
c. unlimited license free and royalty free rights of use to footage in (b) . the copyright of said footage will be still retained by your business / you.
d. additionally you will be required to meet my client for a briefing on Wed 17/9 .
5. RATES
$250 plus additional transport allowance of $20 (for your late hour. TOTAL $270
6. HOW TO TENDER
include the following in your email
a. proposed equipment (as long as meet basic )
b. your website or FB page (I will give you a "like " as well )
c. a link to a nice video you have made recently
project timing and Wednesday meeting strictly non negotiable.
