Videographer service needed on 16th Jan 2011

Dear CSers, Happy Bunny Year!!!

My group will be having a mini concert on 16th Jan 2011 (Sunday). The event would be in a mini auditorium hall with seating about 200. Unfortunenately the position for videographer would be quite restricted and we would like to avoid disturbance to the audiences too. On top of that, there is no proper sound system and your expertise to tap the sound to enhance the video would be require if possible.

Event starts from 4pm. Site available for set up from morning 9am. Dry run rehearsal from 1pm. You are required to at least attend the dry run to know the program flow and what to expect for shooting.

Happy new year and thanks for reading this thread.

My group will be having a mini percussion concert on 16th Jan 2011 (Sunday).

The event will start from 4pm but site is available for set up in the morning and there will be a rehearsal betwen 12pm-3pm.

There are no professional sound or lighting and shooting restricted location to avoid disturbance to the audiences. Your expertise and experiences would be appreciated.

We require you to at least attend the rehearsal to understand the program flow, what to expect, and some technical assistance or to note (if you have any) between all volunteer crews and those service providers.
