videographer need for dinner event

need a videographer on 19Mar, 730pm ~ probably 930pm ++
return master in DVD plus maybe a short edited 5-10mins highlight
no need HD but if hav will be a plus

the committee just got back to me that due to budget constraint they will only need a photographer on the dinner
