Hi, my school is currently considering hiring a videographer to record footages of our school's open house. Basically the school aims to work on a project whereby they record key events of in the school as part of the students' life in the school.
My boss asked me to find quotations and see whether if the budget allows us to engage your service.
Date: 09/01/13
Duration: The open house is from 9am to 4pm but the videographer is needed only for a few hours to capture the essence of the event.
Please give me a quotation, and if you have any samples of similar events done before it would be great.
Note:
1. I cannot make a decision to engage you or not so I can only let you know the decision some time later.
2. As this is school (govt) expenditure, do note that payment procedure can be a little hassle, need you to fill up some GIRO form if you don't have an account to send e invoice to the school. If you don't want to handle these paperwork then you don't have to pm me.
