No lah, the voice is not me. My voice is not so cool.

VidzModels aim to showcase nice video of the Asian Models. We are just a group of videographer who are interest in the art of video making.
 

of course you are capable as well to produce such videos if you try. I am confident that you will able to do it.

I also cannot produce such videos before but i do my best to learn from the masters. It is challenging but as well as very rewarding.

I understand that you took a videography and editing course from a movie production house as well as collaborate with professional videographers.

I received an email from a video production house asking me to join a video editing course. That costs S$3200 for a 3-month short course! :o :o I have no provisions for that kind of budget at all.

It is likeable that I will remain a hobbyist videographer for several more decades to come. I have no intention to join the professional arena (i.e. profiting from it), hence I think I will save the money to attend the professional courses. Also learned that full-fledged -3 year film courses cost $20K to $30K. Impossible! :confused:
 

Video and editing is great - the only feeling I get is that the model wasn't that suitable to carry of the theme though :) Great video-ing efforts!

Just wondering, how long did this video take? Good to know how long the filming part took, and the editing part as well (separately).

The actual video shooting does not takes long, lot of time is spent in the pre-shoots planning and much longer for the post production and the special effects. Overall the time taken is about 2 to 3 weeks.

Three weeks not really right?...Actual shoot i guess not so long right????
Wah not worth it lor if take three weeks...
I will give up already.. Not so patient i guess but then i guess result rewarding is worth
all the time it takes..

Thanks for your reply :) Are you able to quantify in hours spent both on shooting, as well as post production? I think your video is cool and may want to try it out, but would like to have an idea on the time investment before actually doing it :) (or rather learning to do it, since as a beginner I'll obviously be slower than you, who's experienced).

nice video, was chromakey used for the effects??
 

Hi!

Looking at the video, i think Chroma Key was not used at least in most part of the videos.
maybe only the fiery portions...
I could see the black background in some of the areas.
Care to share Anakin? Whats next? can't wait to see more of your videos.
