Video n Sound Don't Sync Sometimes for HDV Capture

Hi guys,

Anyone knows why do footages and audio don't sync sometimes? I do captures for productions in HDV format. In premiere pro, I chose the HDV 1080i25 preset cuz mine's shot at 25 fps.

Any advice anyone? :dunno:

If your HDV footage is progressive (you didn't say, so just mentioning) some programs don't work so well. You could try HDVSplit (it's free) to capture your footage and see if Premiere likes it or not.

My HDV is not progressive. It's interlaced. is HDVSplit a freeware?
