Thanks for the reminding. Yes, it will be bad to be accused of shooting upskirt, and no face to face my friend.
 

One way for me to avoid misunderstanding when I am shoot low angle type of shoot I make sure that my camera is much higher than the model dress.

In that camera position there is no possibility of the camera shoot thing that it is not supposed to records. :)
 

At least he made it Known to the models that he was video-ing? Unlike some videographers who simple disrespect the ladies they were video-ing [despite countless warnings not to shoot even after the very First time that he didn't even tell it was a video-shoot until it was found out, as he was zooming in and out by adjusting his arms to and fro.] and post those ugly moments on public forums.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes I alway make a habit to seek permission before I shoot the video. I believe both the model and the videographer is not comfortable with each other we will not get a nice footage.

I found this podcast and articles from "The Digital Story: Street Shooting Etiquette" which discuss the etiquette of shooting photo which I think can also applies to video.
