Video-mixing from two positions

Three new pieces of affordable tech are now available in the market that will allow OMO livestreamers to operate far-apart camera positions while maintaining control of live-mixing.
The U$250 Zhifeng (Zifon) YT-3000 wireless remote control video head
The U$600 Roland V-02HD mini mixer
The U$900 Teradek Ace 500 lagless HDMI transmitter
The bane of OMO live-switching is the inability to operate an audience cam positioned far away from the main mixer/encoder.
While a remote control video head such as the Zifon YT-3000 can perform slow pan and tilts, it will be difficult to find audience members quickly and accurately during Q&A time.
To operate the audience cam manually, a lone shooter/director can now use the super compact Roland V-02HD as a secondary B-mixer clamped to the tripod of the audience cam. The programme output of the B-mixer can be fed into the 2nd or 3rd input of the main Mixer A.
Preferably a second camera mounted on a YT-3000 remote head should be aimed at the stage.
By splitting the HDMI output of the second stage camera to both mixer A and Mixer B, the cameraman can switch to Mixer B before running off to the far end and resume switcher control from Mixer B. He can then control the stage camera remotely from the audience cam position.
Two angles is usually enough for Q&A and the YT-3000 is reliable enough for covering simple panning to follow a presenter or a panel.
To mitigate against audio lag, set audio to follow video switching for the main mixer and get 3 audio recievers for the same transmitter.
