video mixer/switcher

May i know where in singapore i can get a video mixer/switcher?

Preferably, 4 channels, can have computer vga input and keying out of powerpoint slides.

i saw one in Sim Lim 2nd floor the other day. just around the rail... its the store thats selling CCTV outside. forgot the name sorry.
