I'm not a video specialist but I ever work with a VG on a wedding. He attached his $60 video light to my nikon d300 flash hot-shoe and it works. The videolight is LED-based and runs on 4pcs AAAA. Runs for a whole day.

Litepanels Micro pro - Expensive but good. But with a 5D/7D you will seldom use it as long long u have fast lens

No stock locally nyet.. coming in 2 weeks. I'm also waiting for mine. I think Expandore or Cathay Photo may sell it. Hung Bros not carrying.
