Video Capability of the Olympus OMD

Hi can anyone comment on the video capability of the OMD? I'm in the market primarily for a still camera but one of the considerations is video. I'm thinking of documenting birds and interviewing some experts about it. So I suppose the scenes would be action shots as well as talking heads. I also think I want to slow down some action. Would the OMD be capable? This won't be for tv broadcast of anything but maybe HQ web upload

Engr, after seeing your airplane clips, I was totally amazed by the 5 axis stabilisation and the better than GH2 dynamic range. So much so I'm willing to overlook OMD's audio handicap. I just need you to tell me you can get close to steadicam footage from OMD to tip me off the edge.

Small talker, micro4/3 is great for bird photography. The 2X crop factor turns 200mm to 400mm. Imagine the size difference between those lenses. You can't do slow-mo in camera though.
