upload Avatar

Hi,

I try to load up pics from my PC as my avatar here, but it always show "unable to load"
error to me, I have already resize to 70 X 70 but still facing the same problem. Anyone here can advise me what is wrong? Normally I click browse then serach for the pics files in my pc.

There are 2 resitrictions - pixel count should be 80X80 or smaller, and actual file size should be 10kB or smaller. Resize you avatar to 80X80 and then adjust your JPEG compression level until the file size is smaller than 10kB.

i have the same problem too. even though I'd cropped and resized to the requirement. :dunno:
could it be some bugs? admin can help?

it helps if u save ur avatar under the setting "save for web", if u are using PSE/PSCS.

jpg med quality shld do just fine.

Had the same problem two days ago.
But yesterday I can upload Avatars but now got da same problem again.

I just tried to load the same Avatar tats on now but still no go.:dunno:

got a question,
how come no matter how i resize, the file will be hovering around 25kbs ??
like tt cannot upload leh... :cry:
the size is correct, even the quality choose 1 liao also like tt
