Recently, I bought a replacement batteries from Unicell at Level 2 Sim Lim Sq for my Quantum battery pack.:thumbsd:
They quoted me the price and said they could assemble the batteries at no extra cost. A week later I brought the pack down to them and then they said they needed to send the pack back to their factory to get it assemble and it will take 3 days. Then the boss have the nerve to tell me to go their factory directly and they could do it on the spot. I told them they should have mentioned it when they quoted me. The cost savings I made is not even worth the trip back to Kaki Bukit. So reluctanly, I conceded and had them do it and collected the batteries a few days later.
When I found out that I couldn't charge on the pack, I checked it with my multimeter and found one of the cells not holding charge. So I returned to them and they said it will take them another week to check.
After a week, I collected it and found that the didn't do anything, so I went back and complaint. The boss said they couldn't do anything, and said I probably damaged the cell.
I have since lodge a complaint to case. The vendor has continued to be defiant and even refused to entertain their calls and correspondance.:nono:
Talk about bad service and attitude. If i wanted to get anything from Unicell, I suggest that we go directly to their factory which are friendlier and prompt.
Let's boycott their Sim Lim Store.
