Unable to post new thread in BNS after closing an old thread

Hi Mods,

Is there a reason why I can't post a new thread in BNS after I closed an old one? I go start one, type all things I want. After I am done typing and click submit, there was nothing posted. It happened last night and still the same this morning.

This thing happened everytime after I closed an old thread. Is this a bug or something? Please help.
