Hi All....

I call this doll as uh-uh doll, since it has a voice sensor, so whenever we talk 'she' will either nod or shake her head (uh-uh).
Now at least i know that when nobody interested in my story, this uh-uh doll will definitely listen to me and acknowledge me with its angelic smile :)

Please give your inputs in order for me to improve, since i just bought my first DSLR 2 weeks ago, and really2 enthu to do better

ISO: 100
Shutter: 0.5 sec
Apperture: 5.6
Canon 40D (18-55 kit lens)

Technically, the focus, exposure etc are fine. Although maybe slightly underexposed, but that depends on the mood you wish to portray.

But I think the shot is too close, can't really tell much about the doll or the setting. Also, the face of the doll is dead center, which often doesn't do the subject any good.

Perhaps try to place it in a meaningful environment and take it together with some surrounding meaningful objects or background.

The tilt does not seem to work..
Colors and exposure are fine

Hi icebox and sunboi80,

Thanks for the comments, will note and improve on next shot.
as for background, can anyone give suggestion what kind of background will go along with this snaps ?
I can't show the doll as a whole, since the size is quite small (almost same as water guave) hehehe
