uCVc Website update

I made some visual updates to the unofficial Cosina Voigtlander community yesterday. It's a little trimmer and sleeker then before. There is also support for font size changes (for those with poor vision) and color preference changes via a small toolbar on the top of every page.

Let me know what you think . I'm still trying to figure out where to put gallery pics scrolling on the main page like before.
