I am wondering what products can you all recommend for playing from VHS tape and record it to my computer. Editing wise, I have Adobe Premiere. But for the transferring wise, which is recommended. Just a normal for consumer will do. Need not a too hi end type.

I came a long at Funan Challenger and saw WinTV. How do you all think of that?

Cheers to all who give me suggestion.

You can get a video capture card with a video in head. Usually it's RCA type. then connect it to your VCR/VHS player. Play it on the player while you capture it in your adobe premiere. That should do the job. Or else your the software that came with the Video capture card. There are even a few types coming in USB-type

Just buy a capture card that has a video in function. Be it RCA or S video. If the WinTV you saw got the video in function, it will work fine.

How much does a capture card will cost? Any recommendation?
