I created a MO thread in the MO section on Sunday, but still did not see it today. Apparently, one of the moderators can see my thread (cos he PM me about the item I am selling).

Am I missing something? Anything else I need to do to create a MO thread?

Can someone pls advise and help. Thanks.

did you read the Marketplace : Mass Order/Mass Sales Guidelines and FAQ
Mass Order/Mass Sale Guidelines

Please read and understand the following guidelines before conducting a Mass Order/Mass Sale.
  1. Mass Order/Mass Sale Coordinator/Initiator must provide his/her real name, email address and contact telephone number in the Mass Order thread. Lack of such information in the thread will result in the deletion of posted thread without prior notification to thread-starter.
  2. Mass Order/Mass Sale Coordinator/Initiator must state the following clearly - product details, price, cut-off/end date of Mass Order or Mass Sale, collection and payment procedures.
  3. No price comparison or thread crashing will be tolerated. Offending posts will be removed without notice and repeat offenders will have their accounts banned.
  4. Moderators and Administrators reserve the right to amend or delete posts within the Mass Order / Mass Sale section should any issue or dispute arise during the period of the Mass Order / Mass Sale. Notification will be given to the member affected if his/her post(s) has been modified/deleted.
  5. ClubSNAP reserves the right to change or modify the Mass Orders / Mass Sales Guidelines to be in line with changing market sentiments and member feedback.
  6. A member will only be allowed to have a maximum of THREE Mass Order/Mass Sale threads active at any one time (excluding sticky threads). If there are more than three MO/MS threads, we will close off the old thread(s).
In order to have as much transparency as possible, please also try to state warranties, exchange policy, Recommended Retail Pricing, product pictures or other pertinent details. This is not mandatory, but will go a long way to ensure that the members expectations are met.

Please note that thread deletion is disabled in the Consumers Corner forum - if a Mass Order Coordinator needs to delete the Mass Order, they will have to contact a Moderator or an Administrator.

All MO threads are subjected to moderation and will only appear upon approval. These approvals usually take 1-3 days (or more) subjected to admin review and also availability.

Thanks Jason. My thread still did not appear, so my guess is it's not approved for whatever reasons only known to the moderators.

Would be helpful if we can be informed of decisions by moderators not to approve a certain thread.

I did spend alot of effort thinking over and typing out the details of the MO, and if it is missing some details causing it to be not approved, it's hard for me to identify what's missing, as I can't see my thread anymore once I submitted it. Worst thing is I have to spend time retyping the entire MO again, and hope that this time it can be approved. This is becoming like a lottery or lucky draw.

So some suggestions, if moderators can do us this small little favor of just sending a PM informing TS that his MO thread is not approved, with the contents of the MO thread copy and pasted in the PM, will be very helpful for the TS. Of cos, I understand that this means slightly more work for moderators, but it's the little efforts like these that will be greatly appreciated by CSers. Thanks.

Theres no need to retype, if you dont see it appearing, thats mean its not approved (yet).

If its not approved for certain reasons, we will inform you.

At this stage, we are making lots of changes to the MO/MS forum. Until thats done, only advertisers MO will be approved for now.

thanks for your patience
