hello cs-ers,


im hoping to get some opinions from all you travel/adventure/photography buffs regarding my situation


currently i have a 7D which i always bring along for all my travels, but on some occasion it is not feasible to bring my dslr due to the activites that i would be having i,e water rafting, off-road biking.

so i would think it would be best if invest in a 'rugged' compact to bring along for these activites.


what compact camera would you suggest? :think:

The new canon s100 or Olympus xz-1 are quite okay at the same time giving you more control even thou it's a compact camera .but u will lose zoom for this 2 camera but easier to shoot during night thanks to their wide apertures.would say they are quite ok for traveling
