It flops on it's widest side, either dirtying the backstraps or the 'front'
Can't believe there aren't more haversacks like this:
the Delsey Cross Trip 2 20.5"

The bag pictured is actually butt ugly. When you carry it on your back, the dirty base is exposed. It has five rubber studs at the bottom.Very practical, very logical, but perhaps not a popular design because of aesthetics. Definitely not for hipsters.
