Has anyone heard of the 21 year old, Josh Groban? He appeared in two of Ally McBeal episodes....
1st one is in Season 3 where he plays a geek who sue a girl for breaking her promise about going to prom with him... And also he dares not sing solo but he finally sings solo at his prom, song called " You're Still You ".
and 2nd time is actually two nights ago... His mom died and he refused to sing but in the end he did sing " To Where You Are ". Thanx to Ally again.
He also sings " The Prayer " at the Winter Olympic Game with Charlotte Church and also with Celine Dion as a fill-in at the 1999 Grammy rehearsals for Bocelli, who wasn't able to make the practice session.
I just have to listen to three notes that he sings and i just fell in love with his voice... He's only so young but yet his voice sounds like heaven.... Even my Dad says he's good! Do try and d/l some of his mp3 to listen... Some recomandations from this hardcore Grobanite ( heh, that's what we fans call ourselves ). I would classify his songs as Popera ( Pop + Opera ) :}
1. You're Still You
2. To Where You Are
3. The Prayer ( with Charlotte Church )
4. There For Me ( with Sarah Brightman )
5. Canto Alla Vita ( with The Corrs )
