Who else is interested in the Vistaquest VQ1005? I know someone has already done an MO, but is currently closed. So this is for those who missed the boat.

I can probably help to bring some in. Estimated to be ~ SGD$50.

call me a noob, but how is this different from a built-in camera on a handphone?

looks interesting and handy though.. especially for drivers in an emergency.. you never know.. =)

Actually, this is targeted at the Holga enthusiasts. More like a digital version. Anyone?

Interesting. What other colours does it come in?

Only 2 colours - Pink and Blue.
I'm trying to get this shipped in soon. So it there are any ppl who are interested, please let me know. Else, I'm just gonna get one piece for my daughter!

Gonna let my children have a hand in photography. Sure beats dropping a DSLR! *Ouch!*

would be nice if you could post up a picture taken with this cutie... i don mind getting 1 if quality is acceptable...

there's a thread in the lomo sub forum..
FYI there's a black one too.. i was interested in it.. but then realised for my purposes i might as well use handphone camera.. although its cheap, its still $$$ to me at least.. ;p

BUT.. i think it looks quite nice and functions well (from the pix shown).. if u buy direct from walmart its US$20 flat excluding shipping.. :D

oh, thanks for the info... gotta do some little search. :bsmilie:

Ok then. I take it that there's no interest in this product? Those interested can PM me, else I won't be bringing it in bulk. Cheers!

erm, shouldn't 1600 x 1200 JPEG = 2MP instead of 1.3? :dunno:

Hi all,
I am one of the owners of a Vistaquest brought in by the previous MO by Jeremy.
this is a lomo toy camera for all those who are interested
so if u are goin for sharp clear pictures, this is not a camera for you.
saturated colours, vignetting, off focus edges and many more which are appealing to Lomo fans but a turn-off by others.
It is great for art shots and the tag line of Shooting from the hips works as the viewfinder does not give u a very good estimate of how the photo will turn out.
Most of the Vistaquest owners do not use the viewfinder, we go by gut feel as most Lomo shots =P
For photos please check out ALAD (A Lomo a day) threads in APAD section by ExpiredYoghurt and myself.
Or you can check out my archive for my ALAD thread in picasa

hope to see more joining the Lomography User Group!
