Tax free applies to 2nd hand lens and cameras too?

Hi Guys, understand that tax free is when you purchase a certain amount and the shop auto deduct but does tax free applies to 2nd hand lens and camera sold in Map Camera & Fujiya?

Yes it does apply i.e. U can get tax refund for used stuff
