Better ergo than DR-60D plus 4 XLR inputs
Yagh alternative for GH4?
Shame there isn't XLR out so can't replace field mixers for most camcorders.
But recording function and undercam design can be handy for 4 mic setups

looks better designed. Would love to give a try. But do they deliver good products? Of all the youtube reviews/ comparison, they seem to have a product that needs catching up?

I will wait and see. The DR-60D had a problems with rumbling during volume adjustment. Hopefully they fixed that.

Just noticed an amazon review which mentioned that the 60DmkII has slightly improved the potentiometers:

I know there are a lot of questions floating around out there about the gain potentiometers. Just like the old units, the knobs operate smoothly, but you still get the electronic "stepping" with gain adjustments. Fortunately, it seems a lot more subtle on this newer unit. If you make a big jump, you will get a more significant "step" change in the audio. If you go slowly, it's hardly noticeable.
