is the service centre also selling the hood? for Tamaron 17-50mm? any ideas how much?

Service center doesnt sell hood. You can get hood from local shops

I had the same problem. I shoot for 3 months not realising there is this BF/FF thingy. My shots always come out sharp background and blur subject. Tot it was something to do with my skill. After reading around, found this back and front focus issue with Tamron lens. Too lazy to travel to the service center and leaving the lens there.. so I did some reading and discovered that there is this DeBug mode for my Pentax K-x. After adjusting in debug mode, now shots are sharp and in focus

Sorry hijack you thread abit. I'm thinking of sending my tamron 17-50mm lens in for some servicing. Was wondering how to get to JEL Corp(MRT or bus). It seems like a really inaccessible place.
