Tamron 17-50mm/f2.8 & 28-75mm/f2.8

just checking with those who has the tamron 17-50mm f2.8 with motor. Doesnt the motor sounded a little weird? or it is the standard thing to expect from a tamron?

i think its standard. my 2 yr old 28-75's motor is a little noisy

s standard focusing i feel both non motor and motor are the same but motor one seems more accurate and a tad sharper on my copy tat is
