The advertisement is a humorous angle. However in real life, fact is stranger than fiction.
Liposuction is a cosmetic surgical procedure where an obese person's fat is sucked away (in principle somewhat like a vacuum cleaner effect).
But some have died on the operating table. Singapore had a recent case.
