suggestion to have tripod & head sub forum

Hi Mod

There are always many csers having question on the camera support system, ie tripod, heads, etc.

I would like to suggest we have a sub-forum just for camera support.

Reason why I am suggesting this is :

1) Newbies may not know where to look for it.

2) Questions about camera support system are posted in Gen. Tech Talk, Newbies Corner, Others & sometime in the individual camera brand sub-forum. They are scatter everywhere, causing difficulty to search for info. Those contributing answer will have to answer similar question repeatedly due to (1).

3) Unlike DIY tips, wireless flash trigger, lightmeters etc, camera support is normally the next thing to get after the camera & lens. So logically more questions will be ask regarding them.

Yeah I support this too! Would be good for the beginners as well as seasoned people to look for new brands, tips etc..

alamak, mod also got their own job. this one part tiem one lar, they needs time to discuss.

Starting a new sub-forum require time, resource and manpower management.
It is not as simple as sticking a thread, we need to evaluate the need for such a sub-forum and see if there is any possible solutions to optimize the resource we have.

Btw, hope that you all realise, we have our daily work to manage and moderating the forum is on our free will and we are not paid for it. It is not immediately that members request and we can give, please bear that in mind.
