anyone looking for space to setup their studio or office, sound booth or graphics biz?
our studio in geylang lor 3 (near to Kallang MRT) rental contract is due soon..
as we now do not need the amount of space tat we have now for our operation, we considering to subnet portion of the space to related trade.. other wise we may hv to move to other smaller premises.
we have a audio recording booth for VO recording for the previous audio engineer which has shifted.. therefore u have an option to take on either the sound room or the video post room which can be set up as a small photo/video studio or post production for video or graphics productions which can put abt 4 to 5 wkstations.
also has a small reception area. total space is abt 750 to 800 sqft.
As for the rates.. we can work out and i think it is better to view first.
Have to act fast and before the landlord find other tenant..
