Studio Space for Share or Rental

Hello all, my name is Andric and I'm a videographer and I'm on the verge of getting my own studio (finally!)
It will be available starting August, 2015.

I am looking to share the space with another professional photographer so that
1) rental is easier on my side
2) we can pair up our services, you as a photographer, me as a videographer. So our job interests will not clash

Details of the studio are as follows,
it is approximately 1044sq ft with a rental of $1400 (including utilities) a month.
So each of us will be $700 each.
Location is at Ubi, Oxley Bizhub, near to Tai Seng Mrt.

Of course starting payments like 2 months deposit and construction fees will be settled by me,
any photographer who is interested in sharing the space will only require to pay the rental fee of $700.

OR, for photographers who aren't able to commit in terms of a monthly basis, and would only want to pay-per-use, it's no problem as well.
We have lighting equipment, backdrops, aircon and props. We will even have an in-house make up artist for your clients should they require these additional services. In that case, rental will be at $30 per hour. Should you rent our space regularly, we can give it to you at a much cheaper price.

As of now photos aren't available yet because it's under-going construction. Photos will be up around mid July, and bookings will be open then as well.
