Some space has become available in our beautiful air conditioned peranakan shophouse in Geylang, with 15 ft ceilings and am looking at renting out this space.
One room is available for rental for the short term till December with the possibility of renewing the lease after that. It's partly furnished, with a large table and a queen sized King Koil mattress.
The room is about 10.5ft x 16ft, and the rental comes with access to the shared common dining room downstairs, plus the large toilet and kitchen, and the outdoor court yard which adds to the square footage considerably
We are looking to rent this space either as an office or as a live-in space.
The larger room is currently set up as a studio, and we are looking to share this space with another photographer or videographer. Currently we need to just keep one corner of the room for my office space with one table and bookshelves, plus the occasional use of the studio for photoshoots.
Most of our shoots are outdoor-based so we hardly use the studio.
The room is about 16ft x 24ft, and the rental comes with access to the shared common dining room downstairs, plus the large toilet and kitchen, and the outdoor court yard which adds to the square footage considerably.
