Starting a youtube channel and looking for partners

Hi everyone, I'm looking to start a youtube channel to make short action films, viral videos and the like.
anybody here interested in trying out their hand in indy filmmaking? got a skill and want to practice your trade?
looking to form a small group of friends to work on some projects together. no pressure!^^

just in case anyone is wondering,
the plan is to do a number of mini-clips. enjoy making films and have experience in several aspects of film-making, special effects, martial arts, photography... the list goes on.
if you are interested in:-
pre/post-production,
acting,
editing,
digital/practical special effects,
music,
sound design,
martial arts,
stunts,
props,
any special skills,
or whatever,....
i am willing to share/exchange my resources and knowledge with you.
no experience necessary, just a willingness to try new ideas, and put in a little elbow grease!

personally i would like to have more hands-on practice and create more films to enjoy
have plenty of ideas but am always open to more.
i would like to spend less time "talking" about making films and more time actually doing them. im sure some of you out there that feel the same way,
lets join up and get stuff done!

Alright, so far We've got a few guys joining in this idea, been tossing ideas around for videos...Anyone like to try their hand at being infront of the camera? More the merrier! XD

Wouldn't hurt^^ right now I've already met up with some guys and we've got a video in the works(actually we've got a few). At the moment, I'm hoping to have more guys willing to switch roles between being infront of the camera and behind it. That way we can do ideas with more people^^ additional skills are also great, and each person brings their own skills and ideas to the table. that's why I prefer to meet in person so we can discuss in greater detail. Then as soon as possible, get cracking!
