I was passing by Hougang Central (Hougang Mall) to borrow a few library books when I noticed that there's some kind of parade going to happen.
Roads are going to be blocked and its organized by the North-East CDC.
So, just an idea for you guys who have nothing to shoot tonight.
Its gonna end at 10pm, and the main parade only starts around 6.
Just try to get a bus\cab to Hougang Mall and you won't miss it. The venue is just next to Hougang Plaza though.
