Sent you a PM. BH is not shipping this one outside the US. I just don't understand why BH sometimes decides to do that.

Market control by manufacturer to prevent local resellers from complaining.

But truth is online is much cheaper, faster and less hassle to deal with.
Local resellers like the one you mentioned doesn't even carry stock most of the time...if it bloody takes 2-3weeks for stock to be in, I can't even have a feel of the product prior to commitment, and sales personnel is as clueless as to what the brochure can offer, the benefits of online purchase outweighs buying locally.

Try contact Sony Singapore directly....for a product of this value, they may entertain you directly.

Locally dealers dont stock cameras that are of this value and I doubt you can get a feel of it before buying. Try dropping by Expandore to talk to them or You can contact Profi for your pre-order

This arrived last week. We've yet to try it with Nanoflash as the camera is out for a few days.
AVCHD is not a preferred choice of recording for many of our clients.
