I am new to video editing, so please bear with me when I ask seemingly lame questions.
I downloaded SONY DVD Architect Pro 5 trial version. When I try to burn my .mts file into ACVHD, the processing was very very slow. I am using 2GH core 2 , I thought it should be at least descent for DVD burning, but it took 2.5 hours to covert 2 min of my .mts file.
Is this the expected behaviour or did I do anything incorrectly?
Next, even after authoring, only the menu page would show up on my PS3, I am unable to play the clips.
I tried using another SW call Sothink, it took about 30 mins to convert the .mts file, and I am able to watch it on my PS3.
Any advice/comments would be appreciated. Thanks.
