you can be disappointed, but you can be sure, that no one owes you a living.
i'm from the services industry, so i face a lot of demanding customers who think that just because there's a services provider, they should provide the moon for the customers, and that customers are king.
to a certain extent, yes, customers are king, but i can tell you that 90% of the time, the problem of dissatisfaction with the service provider doesn't come from the service staff; it comes from the customer with their demands.
what i'm saying is that, there is a certain set of guidelines and possibly ideals that each company has but, varies across different industries and companies.
we as customers have a right to ask for things. but when we don't ask nicely, start pointing fingers and putting the company in a bad light, then who's the one who's providing the negative customer experience when a question is not answered?
and then here's another point: there's always a reaction when there's an action. did you call their contact center to inquire about the A580? did you ask for a reason?
if you didn't get an answer, can you assume that they purposely (and for a negative reason) didn't bring in the A580? or was it because of other issues that cannot be controlled?
by assuming that the company "didn't do its best" to bring in what you wanted, you're creating a negative experience for yourself, and spreading this "negative experience" to others.
this is something i can't stand about these sort of customers. without a single shred of evidence, you're proclaiming something your assume to be true, and spreading your dissatisfaction which is not justified.
you can choose to reflect on this or not. i know i might have been harsh with words, but i'm trying to bring across this problem that exists within the customer who assumes too much.
Agree. Like what other members said .... RELAX !
Thank you for allowing me to be disappointed. duh !

As you go back to my first post. All I wanted to say was that I was disappointed.
I STILL AM ! :thumbsd: :sticktong
I did not say anything about jumping ship, high horse or owing us a living . lol .....
I did send them 3 emails and got only 1 reply to my first email with a standard reply that they will forward my query to other dept. After that .... no more reply from them.
