nope ... its not ... bought new flash and its my first flash.
very happy with it. So I'll be saving more till end of next 1 < 2 yrs than I'll get new camera.

yes. bought SB-900 @ $665.
after afew shots using this flash, Im delighted that I don't hv to spend another
few hunderds or k's on spending either D90 or 300.
My cam still works perfectly fine and during those days, its still one of the popular choices.
My only hope is that SB-900 is future proof and able to use for the up-comin cameras.

Dun worry about it... SB-800 lasted for quite a LONG while... and it's still able to be used on the current cameras....
