As above, does anyone know of any shops selling photography accessories that are open today (National Day).

Looking for a PC sync cable.

should be USB cable you are referring to right?
check what is the right mount on the camera end and you should able to get the compatible USB cable from Sim Lim Square or Mustafa .

Prontor/Compur sync cable vs Personal Computer sync cable.
