Service wanted for a videographer for a charity event

this is a charity event which to raise funds. The event will be from 4.30pm-8.30pm which consists 2.5 hours of drama/singing performance on the stage, followed by Buffet dinner.
So, its about 4 hours job. If any videophotographer who can help to record the event and then convert the event to DVD, that will be fantastic.

As this is a charity event, we might not be able to pay a lot, but few hundred dollars should be no problem.

Abstract:
Parents' Day Concert is an event to celebrate the meaning of parenthood. The central theme for this year's concert is 'The Unsung Heroes - A Tribute to all Loving Parents'. This one-night concert aims to highlight the ever-increasing importance of the roles played by parents and the meaning of filial piety in the context of today's society.

In addition to promoting the value of filial piety, we seek to promote healthy lifestyle by leading a healthy vegetarian diet. In this context, we are inviting like-minded organizations and vegetarian food establishments to showcase the specialty dish(es) that is(are) uniquely theirs.

This is a very meaningful event, and i hope someone will be nice enough to help us saving cost as this is a non-profit event. What we can help you in return is to promote your company/services into our booklets which will be distributed to 400 audiences.
