There is a shop at B1 of the Adelphi that will do this for you. Can't remember the name of the shop but they are reliable. I have used them before.

Have a friend who needs to convert 2o plus tapes.

I have a DV deck that can do it, but I don't normally offer such service. If you get stuck and can't find anyone else, please let me know.
