Selling Brand New Stuff In Buy/Sell

I am just interested in finding out the CS team's stand on the selling of brand new equipment in Buy/Sell.

It has come to my notice that certain individuals are regularly selling brand new equipment in Buy/Sell therefore evading the need to pay Advertiser fees with the exception of one.

Theres no change in guideline. You can always use report post feature to alert the moderation team about those individual.

What constitutes an MO/MS is somewhat arbitrary.

There are a number of people selling multiple new items, however, I have noticed that some of these people are listed as ClubSnap Advertisers. Does this mean that they can post their items for sale in any of the Buy-and-Sell sections. If so, then that's OK since they already 'paid'.

However, I had 2 extra pieces of the 'da Protector, one for the D300 and the other for the D2, and my posting was deleted as being a MO/MS.

Direct emails to some of the moderators and ClubSnap Admin were not replied.

Can you clarify this position. Seems very discriminatory.

To answer your question,
1) I don't know who are the ones you referring to who are selling new items. Our policy is clear, if we find anyone doing that, we will remove the post and advise them of the advertiser option. There are practically hundreds of posts and thread per day in the B&S, if you find any that we miss out, feel free to use the Report Post feature rather than to accuse us of discriminatory.

2) Yes advertisers have the right to post New items sales
