Selenium Cells Repairs and Replacement

Is there anyone in Singapore who can give a new lease of life to a lightmeter which has a dead or non-working selenium cell ?

I have a Nikon Exposure Meter and a Leica MC lightmeter which need to be revived. Apparently, most of the selenium cells in lightmeters are not dead but have malfunctioned due to corrosion and some can be repaired. There must be a good lightmeter engineer or technician somewhere.

Thanks but I wish that I could do that. I am just hoping that someone out there, nearby, is able to, so that I can send my 2 lightmeters to him.
