Seeking Roving Photographer + Instant Print Outs - 1 Sept 2014

Hi everyone,
I am seeking a roving photographer for 1 Sept 2014.
I will need the images to be printed out in 4R to be given away at the end of the dinner and a customised border for the 4R as well.

Duration of the job will be 2 hours and print out is between 400-500 4R prints.
Budget is about $500-$600.
