Seeking advice on Wide-angle lenses.

I'm in the market scouting for a 17-35mm Macro lens that is sharp and competitively priced. Budget within the range of $500.

Nope, I believe its Schneider Keuznach.

It's Minolta mount..... Minolta Eqpt forum=Nikon/Canon/Leica/SK (obviously not).

Hi all,

Juz in case, the lens is for Minolta AF aka Dynax aka Maxxum mount and not for the MD mount (the Sigma EX series is not available for the MD mounts)

it is called A-type mount.

Partly correct....should be Minolta A-type bayonet mount.
