Seek Videographer/Photographer, Projection (27 May 08)

I am currently looking for videographer, photographer, projector system to cover a regional meeting/conference & gala dinner in May 2008.

1 Video Cameraman
To provide recordings of entire event (27 May, 7pm to 11pm) and live coverage via video & projection satellite. Close up coverage of stage and simutaneous projection of live actions on stage via projection.

Two units 3500 ansi lumens Projector System
3500 ansi lumens projector with 2 screens. To receive live feed from Video camera.

1 Photographer
To cover whole day event (27 May, morning conference approx 8am till evening dinner ends approx 11.30pm). There would be breaks of lunch & dinner in between.

Thanks for all the overwhelming response. I have shortlisted some and shall depend on my meeting with my client this afternoon and see which they shall decide on.
