Hi,

I am giving away a ultra-sharp Industar 50 Rigid.
This has been shimmed for Leica bodies so that there is no back focus problem.
This is a slow lens 50/3.5f, it is in LTM mount.

Here are a cheeky shot from this incredible lens on my old (and departed) IIIC:

So please Write down a small paragraph on (1) why you want this a Industar 50 Rigid and (2) how you intend to use it. And also write (3) what you intend to do once you are bored with it.

i) a picture of the prize (condition of the lens and accessories included).
ii) how is it going to be judged - judging criteria and panel (if applicable). i understand that at the end of the day, it can be your call, and you state that... but this is just to aviod unpleasentries at the end of the day.
iii) when this ends and when the winner will be announced.

Actually,

i) it looks like this, on my also-departed IIIf (and now a fellow rff's property)

it is in user-condition, it has been shimmed and it takes excellent pictures.

(no, the camera isn't included in this giveaway)

ii) I really dunno how to be judge? I can think of 3 ways:
a. the cutest or most sincere entry
b. first come first serve, but this isn't really fair
c. By Reader Vote ? Not a bad idea actually but dunno how to do it.

iii) Today and Tomorrow. And possibly giveaway on Saturday or Sunday.

any suggestions ?
