Scanning of 35mm negative and positive service required

I have tons of positive and negative films to be digitize. positive films are mounted and negatives and cut into strips of 4 and 6.

requirements:
1) I have no need for high res, 72dpi @ 1920 pixel horizontal and vertical to be according to proportion is sufficient,
2) cropping expected,

Hey there,

I am able to scan 35mm rolls as i have a flatbed Epson film scanner.
If you do require something at a higher res than 72 dpi no issues either.
How many rolls do you need to scan and how much are you willing to pay per roll.
