Scammers in Clubsnap WTS

What is the purpose to include the contact number in the advertisement now?

If both seller and buyer are interested they will exchange contact numbers to make it easier for their transaction.
All the cases reported here, the scammer used mobile numbers to initiate.

For my case, I don't response to any private or numbers I am no familar.

For your WTS postings, you can skip the phone number. Potential buyers would need to contact you via message here. Alternatively, you can state your email address, which might invite a bit more scam.
