scam for nikon D90?

Hi,
i saw a really good offer for the D90 in hardwarezone. anyone saw this b4? is it a scam?

I contacted the person and mention I prefer a COD deal. He said that it would be possible that he mail the package to me and upon receiving and checking the content, i'll transfer the funds to him.

sounds like a win win situation cause i dnt need to be afraid i don't receive anything.

Later they will send you a fake airway bill...saying goods are witheld with custom etc and ask you to wire transfer :think:

Is there any contract to be signed before he sent you the camera? Read the fine print. Or there could be a seal on the package that say once broken considered acceptance of terms & conditions. Inside you find a broke camera after which they claimed was your fault and expect you to pay for it.

I may sound a little paranoia but it does sound too good to be true.
