sanyo camcorders

I look at sanyo singapore website and found that they do not carry camcorders and cameras. It is that they do not carry them in Singapore or they just never update the website. Will there be local warrenty by Sanyo if i buy their camcorder or is it third party?

Heard that warranty is to main distributor.

Althought Sanyo VPC are the smallest, the reviews are rather poor all round. The only model probably justified is the waterproof ones.

Have to see if coming HD700 is any better. :think:
